FAQs

I know...I know.. all the boring bits. Please read as they are important!

How long will my item take to leave the OSCO Studio? 

All orders will be processed and packaged between 3 - 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).  You will receive an email notification when your order has been packaged and is ready to be dispatched. 

Please note that our postage drops are carried out 3 times a week - on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. This spaces out all our post drops nicely within the week. If you require your order quickly, please drop us an email at hello.octobersky@gmail.com and we will endeavour to assist in the best way possible.

Which postage system does OSCO use?

All packages are sent via Australia Post. Please check your tracking numbers which will be included in your dispatch email for tracking information on the Australia Post website. You should contact Australia Post for any additional information relating to your individual tracking number.

We take no responsibility for orders lost or damaged in the post. All parcels are provided with a tracking number and once your order hits the post box, it's out of our control.

Please note that OSCO is based in Perth, Western Australia and our dispatch location may affect shipping timeframes.

How much does postage cost?

All items are sent via post parcel with a tracking number. This is to ensure safety during transit. Items sent by regular post parcel is set at a flat rate of $5.00. You can opt to upgrade regular postage to express postage at the cost of $10.00. If you require your item quickly, we suggest choosing express post to expedite shipping timeframes. Please see postage time frames below.

How long will my goodies take to arrive?

Please note that OSCO is located in Perth, Western Australia. Your goodies sent by regular post will take 5 - 7 working days to reach destinations in Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, Queensland, ACT and Northern Territory. Regular post will take about 3-5 days to reach destinations in South Australia. 

Goodies sent via express post will take 2 - 4 working days to reach destinations in Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, Queensland, ACT and Northern Territory. Express post will take about 2 - 3 days to reach destinations in South Australia. Please refer to the Australia Post website for estimations on delivery to your postal address.

Please note that opting for express postage will not accelerate the time frame to process and package your orders. This simply accelerates the time frame of postage by Australia Post.

Can I pick up my order?

If you are a Perth local, you are most welcomed to pick up your OSCO goodies from Piara Waters 6112. Simply select 'Local Pick Up' at check out when selecting your postage method and don't forget to drop us a line to arrange a date and time. As we work full time, and may miss your lovely face, we can leave your goodies in our post box for you to pick up. 

Payments

Payments are made through Shopify and can be made using Visa or MasterCard. PayPal and ApplePay payments are also accepted. We are in the process of setting up AfterPay as a future method of payment.

Afterpay

Afterpay is now available at OSCO. If you are new to Afterpay, you will need to sign up for an account beforehand. Please refer to the Afterpay Australia website for further details on instalments and payments.

If you are checking out with Afterpay, you run the risk of some items in your cart overselling (being sold to someone else) during your checkout process. This is due to the lagging of Afterpay's payment process and is unfortunately out of our control. OctoberSky & Co. is not responsible for any items that oversell and we will contact you if this occurs to discuss an alternate option.

Returns and Refunds

Please ensure that you have selected a product(s) that you love before you check out. All measurements are available on the product page and we endeavour to describe all products to our best ability. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If the product you receive happens to be faulty or damaged, we are able to issue an exchange on the return of the damaged item. Custom Orders

Custom orders are welcomed anytime at OSCO. We would love to create something unique for you and we will endeavour to bring your vision to life. Please contact us with your ideas via email hello.octobersky@gmail.com

Multiple Orders

If you have placed an order on the OSCO website and wish to order more products, you need to place a separate order. If you would like to combine your orders into one parcel to save on shipping, you need to email us quoting your order numbers within 24 - 48 hours from the time you have placed your first order. Please note that we are unable to refund postage if you have not contacted us via email to notify us of your combined postage request. Please note that we are not able to refund postage cost if your order has left our studio. Please also note that combining orders may delay our 3 - 5 working days processing time frame, as your orders may take longer to process and package.

International Orders

At this stage, we offer postage within Australia only. We are working on offering International postage in the near future. 

How do I care for my OSCO goodies?

Please read the care instructions card that is sent with each of your OSCO parcels. The care methods will differ depending on the nature of the items you have ordered. Alternatively, you can refer to our Care Instructions tab on the top of our home page

What is OSCO's privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to us. Collection of your information and details will only be used for the processing of your order, and will not be passed on to any other party or agency.
